WESTSIDE Panthers will have to wait to discover who they will play in this Saturday’s grand final with yesterday’s final between Waratahs and Bathurst ‘75 postponed due to wet weather.

Officials deemed the Waratah Sportsground surface too wet for the grand final qualifier to go ahead and the match has been re-scheduled for tomorrow night.

The match will start at 7pm and will be played under lights at Waratah Sportsground.

Tomorrow night’s winner will then have to back up just four days later for the grand final against Westside, which will be played at Dubbo’s Lady Cutler Park.

The Waratah Sportsground field received a considerable drenching of rain with surface water the main problem yesterday.
