THE incidents surrounding last Saturday’s called off Central West AFL match between Orange and Cowra will be investigated further at a special league meeting in Orange on Wednesday night.

CWAFL president Graeme Grundy has organised the meeting after three Cowra players and two from the Tigers were reported for striking in a melee which led to the umpires calling off the match at Bloomfield in the third quarter.

The meeting will take place at the Orange Ex-Services Club from 7pm and Grundy expects all league delegates to attend.

The CWAFL judiciary will also sit to rule on the reports of striking against Cowra trio Mick McVey, Brendan Reid and Justin Simpson and Tigers pair Clint Grambeau and Luke Whitton.

Footage of the incident will be reviewed and used to determine what happened at Bloomfield and what action is to be taken.
