WANGARANG Industries has launched a new mailing and packaging division since buying a professional printer and a security shredder.
Wangarang CEO Marc Bonney said: “We are looking to provide the Orange Community with a real work partner.”
Wangarang employs more than 110 people with disabilities and operates divisions including gardening and cleaning, assembly work and textiles.
“The security shredder can provide that peace of mind that sensitive documents have been destroyed.
“Wangarang knows the importance of privacy and also how our local businesses are already stretched staff wise” said Mr Bonney.
The organisation can handle print runs of up to 5000 documents as well as mail outs.
“We can print, collate, and get to the post office for you promptly, and can can organise a pickup and delivery,” said Wangarang’s Business Development Manager Suzy Isaacs.
“We feel that this new division will create lots of opportunities for everyone and their are a lot more people in the community that need the jobs.
“Also because it’s done in-house any of our employees would be able to operate the printer or the shredder.”
