Posted: 8/05/2007 | Orange council is considering selling Cadia gold mine some of the water from Lake Canobolas and Gosling Creek. This would safeguard the jobs of over 400 mine workers for the next two months. However some residents oppose the sale because they fear the drought could linger on.
